  • Not be custom-blended or personalized items

Refunds

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-blended fragrances and personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon during the ordering process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
